Executive 1 Transportation LLC provides professional black car, limousine, and chauffeured transportation services including:

  • Airport Transfers
  • Corporate Travel
  • Special Events
  • Hourly Limo Services

We operate in New York City, New Jersey, and surrounding areas.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or authorized platform.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking through Square or another approved payment processor.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information including pickup/drop-off locations, dates, and times.
  • Prices are subject to change and may vary based on service, vehicle type, and duration.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or if the client fails to show up for the scheduled service.
  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking) are non-refundable.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information for booking and payment.
  • Treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Any damage or misconduct may result in additional charges.
  • Comply with local laws and regulations during the use of our Services.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Executive 1 Transportation LLC is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings left in vehicles.
  • Services are provided “as is” and we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Privacy

  • Your use of our website and Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property
